President Barack ObAMA on Reddit!

Reddit has certainly risen fast in popularity as a public forum board. Unlike other popular boards like regular forums or the infamous 4chan, the Reddit community certainly has its own format that sets it apart from everywhere else.

Every now and then many celebrities or special guests will appear under the AMA (ask me anything) . These include youtube celebrities (like Freddie Wong) and superstars such as Terry Crews and Stephen Colbert. It’s a unique chance to have fans or simple passers-by to communicate with these said celebrities on a rather new age level via Reddit.

Simply the one of the greatest threads in presidential history.

Today however, the pinnacle of all special guests appeared on Reddit. President Barack Obama appeared on the board and took the time to answer questions. Monumentally, this is the biggest person they could ever have on reddit, and it shows in the upvotes and downvotes on the posts how many people attended this special event. Making him the most up-to-date tech savvy president ever with additional participation on other social networks like Twitter and Facebook.

The meme has become self aware

Now let me not drag this longer than it should, so check out the actual thread here. In particular, if there was any dying questions you wanted to ask the president, unfortunately the time is up. But, for what he did address, there were some key topics like pulling our troops out of the war, the upcoming election, education, and even the current freedom of speech on the internet. He even took the time to have some personal questions like life in the white house (where he references his own internet meme) and even about the brewed specialty beer from the White House. Seriously guys check this out!
